Shipping

We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of order being placed.  We take great care in each and every order no matter how big or small. 

All orders are shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Post Office or via Federal Express.   Average ground shipping time is 2-5 days.  Express shipping (1-2 days)  is available for an additional fee.  We also ship internationally. 

Gift wrap ia available for $5.00 per box.  We are happy to inculde a gift card, please use the comments section for the card greeting. 

Exchanges 

Due to the high cost of credit card processing and shipping costs, we only offer merchandise exchanges or store credit.  Exchanges for merchandise or store credit is gladly accepted within 30 days of date shipped.  Item must not have been worn and tags must be attached to receive full merchandise credit.  All exchanges must have an RA# on the outside of the box.  Please call us at 1-888-264-5437 or email at customerservice@babypetunia.com for an RA#.  Store credit is good for one year from the purchase date.
